Apple CEO, Tim Cook Finally Becomes A Billionaire

Tim Cook who happens to be Apple’s CEO has finally become a billionaire after the company broke previous records to become the world’s most valued company worth over $1.84 trillion. Information gathered on Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index indicates that Tim Cook’s net work has reached the $1 billion mark which officially makes him a billionaire.

According to a report on BBC, Tim Cook’s owns about 847,969 shares directly and guess what, he also took home more than $125 million last year as part of his pay package. Just last week, Apple took over Saudi Arabia’s state owned oil company Saudi Aramco to become the world’s most valuable company and this milestone comes 9 years after Tim Cook took over from Steve Jobs who died somewhere in October 2011.Reports also gathered indicates that Apple is also closing in on being the first company to be valued at $2 trillion.
