Nigerians are currently jubilating as Twitter has finally suspended the account of controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo for supporting police brutality.
Recall that we earlier published a story stating that an activist blasted Olunloyo for saying the police should kill all protesters.
For several weeks, hundreds of Nigerians reported Olunloyo’s account because she was fond of telling the police to continue killing innocent Nigerians even before the #EndSars protests began.
The 56-year-old also bragged countless times that her account cannot be suspended because she was a journalist, however, Nigerians have won as her a count was suspended today, Tuesday, October 13.
Journalist however, has a backup account but she’s yet to post anything concerning the setback that has befallen her. This is a major setback because she has been trying to verify that particular account and she also alleged she gets paid $20 dollars for each tweet.
Thousands of Nigerians cannot hide their joy as the hashtag ‘#Kemi Olunloyo’s is currently trending number one on Nigerian Twitter.
