Report currently gathered from the world of football indicates that Sergio Ramos who doubles as the captain of Real Madrid has been tipped by former Manchester United Striker (Dimitar Berbatov) for a move to the EPL side.
According to Berbatov, Manchester United would be the perfect place for Sergio Ramos if he ever decides to leave Real Madrid. Sergio Ramos has reportedly been playing for Real Madrid since 2005 and is yet to agree to a new contract with the club but guess what, it has also been speculated that he could be leaving the club next summer.
According to a report on UK Sun which has been sighted by our outfit, Berbatove disclosed that Sergio Ramos can still go ahead and prove himself at Manchester United.
This is what Berbatov had to say;
“There has been a lot of speculation about the future of Sergio Ramos, according to reports both the player and the club are yet to come to an agreement on a new contract”.
“I’m sure if Ramos wanted to move to a club like United then it would work out well for him too. He’s in great shape, he’s still a world class defender and in my opinion there’s still a lot of football left in him.”
