Ghana 2-0 Guinea Bissau- Black Stars Progress To The Next Stage As Group Winners

Ghana have qualified to the next qualified stage of the AFCON 2019 after beating Guinea Bissau in their last group game played few minutes ago. By virtue of this victory, Ghana top the group and wait the runners up in Group E in the last 16 encounter.

Second-half goals from Jordan Ayew and Thomas Partey were all that the stars needed to regain the confidence of Ghanaians and ensure they remain a formidable force in the ongoing tournament.

In the other game, Cameroon played a disappointing goalless draw with Benin, paving way for Ghana to top the group. Jordan Ayew now has two goals in the competition following his delicious 46th-minute goals against Guinea-Bissau. He also came close on some few occasions and he hit the post 3 times.
