Former President of Ghana and the flag bearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Mahama has accused President Nana Addo for allowing Ghanaians to suffer under his administration.
According to the former President in an interview on TV3, the many people he has spoken with are finding it difficult to make ends meet.
“Times are hard for people, All the people that we have spoken to are finding it very difficult to make ends meet”, he said to TV3’s Komla Klutse.
“One thing that stands out is the appreciation to the NDC government for a lot of infrastructure that they have in terms of electricity, drinking water, in terms of schools, CHPS compound, health facilities and so many other things”, he added.
Meanwhile the NPP has promised to pay rents of Ghanaian youths if they are voted into power again. This was announced by Mr Akomea at a press conference on Monday 26th October 2020.
