A yet-to-be identified official of the Department of State Services (DSS), who works as an armourer of the Service Development Centre, a training arm of DSS in Kaduna, has been abducted by gunmen along Rigacikun-Afaka Road on Monday, September 15.
It was gathered by Sahara Reporters that the gunmen have contacted the family of the kidnapped, demanding for a sum of 100 million naira as ransom.
This incident is coming few hours after gunmen killed a 33-year-old operative of the agency, named Sadiq Abdullahi Bindawa, after receiving the sum of N5m as ransom.
The rate at which kidnapping cases are increasing in Nigeria is quite alarming that travellers niw commute with their hearts in their throats.
