Former presidential aide and author, Reno Omokri has taken a swipe at those who insulted and chastised Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan for conceding defeat in 2015.
Omokri has said that conceding defeat isn’t easy, neither is it an act of cowardice. He also said that it is harder to concede defeat that to cause conflict.
According to him, Jonathan is a pride to the Black race because Nigerians can now ask the US to learn from him. He expressed this view in a tweet via his official Twitter page on Thursday, January 7.
“I hope those who vilified @GEJonathan for conceding in 2015 can now see that it was neither easy, nor an act of cowardice. It took more hits and strength to concede than it does to conflict. Jonathan is a pride to the Black race, because we can now ask the US to learn from him!”
