Nigerian crossdresser, James Brown a.k.a ‘Did They Caught Me’ has said that he wants to be an icon because there’s a great difference between an icon and being popular.
The self acclaimed Princess of Africa took to his Instagram page on Saturday night, January 2 to share photos and videos of himself wearing Indian costume- the female Sari. James also explained that icons are people whose content show a part to follow.
The post reads;
“There is difference between being popular and being an icon.
“Icons are people that work on their content showing a part to follow e.g Whitney Houston, Genevieve Nnaija , Micheal Jackson Randy Barbato the founder of Rupaulβs Drag race
“While popular people are just attention seekers E.g Dey Plenty on that table I WANT TO BE AN ICON So help me God π”
