Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy granted Sharon Carpenters and Etana and interview where he spoke with utmost maturity and caution in order not to make negative headlines.
Speaking in the interview the dancehall artiste confessed that it’s very difficult to make progress as an artiste who wants peace and not fighting anyone. He noted that he and Shatta Wale don’t want to end up like Vybz Kartel.
“We have to continue to preach peace, making progress in peace is even more difficult than selling war because nobody is fighting so it’s all calm. When there’s no beef that’s when you can see real hard work to the top.”
Stonebwoy added that despite it’s being difficult to progress in peace there is a need for peace to continue to be preached.
