The communication officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said that it is the will of God for John Mahama to be number 2 on the ballot paper.
According to him, John Mahama has been ordained to rule Ghana a 2nd time that is why he is number two on the ballot paper while he allowed Nana Addo to pick number one because he has just one term in office.
He made this comment in a tweet after the Electoral Commission of Ghana released the names of qualified and disqualified Presidential candidate for 2020 election.
