Samuel Frimpong popularly known in the showbiz as Medikal has sincerely expressed his love towards the first sermon song and hit maker Black Sherif despite Shatta Wale, his so called bestie’s hatred towards the young artist.
Black Sherif is currently making waves on social media due to his latest track ‘kwaku the Traveller’ which has been recognized both in Ghana and Nigeria and currently is the first on the ‘Top 100 Music Chart in Nigeria. Black Sherif’s good fortune should have been a blessing to Ghana especially those in the showbiz industry but as the saying goes, “all fingers are not equal”, Whiles Samini, King Promise, Sarkodie, Manifest, Hammer and others are praising Blacko for a good job done, other older colleagues like the likes of Shatta Wale and Mr. Logic in the showbiz industry have decided to see the bad side of this good fortune.
Recall, in a viral video made by Shatta Wale, the dancehall artiste trolled and warn Black Sherif, his fans and Ghana as a whole to stop comparing him to the young artiste because in terms of music and other qualities, he’s far better than him. Mr. Logic also from Shatta Wale’s camp says the lyrics used by Blacko is “one way” and should have sang in the Twi dialect not English.
However, the AMG boss Medikal, has proven to Shatta Wale that being best friends doesn’t mean our ideas and thoughts should be the same.
The ‘)mo ada’ hitmaker took to his twitter wall and revealed how the actions of someone is trying to persuade him develop hatred for Black Sherif. He made it known that the rapper has helped in so many ways and thus can’t develop hatred towards him. He therefore expressed his love towards him despite the criticism.
On twitter he wrote: “Your agenda no go change the genuine love I have for Blacko! Nigga showed me love countless times and his humbleness is impeccable. Shine on champ! The world is yet to feel more of your ancidote. Keep travelling.
