Reports currently gathered from NDC’s communication officer, Sammy Gyamfi, indicates that the National Democratic Congress is ready to launch it’s manifesto on Monday, August 31. Sammy Gyamfi made this revelation in a press conference stating that the manisfesto was presented to the party’s manifesto committee weeks ago. This is what he had to say;
“The flagbearer of the NDC has indicated that our manifesto will be launched this month. I am a member of the manifesto launch committee and it was decided that our manifesto will be launched on August 31. And to those of you who are wondering whether it will be in Accra or another region, it will be in Accra”.
This announcement follows the New Patriotic Party’s manifesto launch which took place over the weekend. NDC is also expected to issue a statement giving out the whole details regarding the launch of the manifesto in the course of the week. The general secretary on the NPP, John Boadu, also alleged that the NDC intentionally delayed the launch of their manifesto just to steal ideas from theirs.
