Mark Okraku Mnatey who is the president of the creative arts council has said that director of the creative arts at the National commission on culture speaks with so much emotion because the back and forth movement in government has made him frustrated
Mark stated that the processes involved in making decisions in governance can be very frustrating especially if u have no formal training on how different this job is from other jobs. In using the passing of the creative art bill as an example he says there have been several meeting on this issue yet no solid decision hAs been made. He said the last but one meeting was centered on changing the council to an agency.
When asked by the host Andy Dosty if he gets frustrated Mark replied that it does not really happen to him but when it does he relies on the knowledge he got from school and moves on. He was speaking on day break with Hitz on Hitz FM.
