Outrage As Police Recovers Benue State COVID-19 Palliatives Worth Over 4 Million In Kano- See Screenshots/Video.

The Bompai Police Headquarters in Kano State have recovered about One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-Eight cartoons of branded noodles worth about Four Million Naira from markets in the state.

The noodles are CACOVID palliatives donated to Benue state but we’re diverted and sold by yet-to-be- identified persons to traders in Kano. The recovery was led by the Commissioner of Police, Mallam Habu Sani Ahmadu on Monday, October 26.

CP Sani disclosed that out of the Three Thousand and Fifty cartoons of noodles that were donated as palliatives to Benue state, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-Eight cartoons were recovered.

A video of the incident is currently trending on Nigerian social media and this has sparked reactions from Venue state indigenes and Nigerians as a while. Most of them are not finding it funny that the palliateves were sold in another state when the indigenes of the state were suffering.
