PPP asks government to state nationwide lockdown to check coronavirus.

Leadership of the Progressive People’s Party has pleaded with the government to enhance directives of the partial lockdown to a total lockdown of the country since the number of cases continue to rise.

In a statement signed by the national chairman of PPP Nii Allotey Hammond the party Suggested that the total lockdown of the country should come with free use of water and electricity by citizens or the country paying part of these bills.

The two weeks partial losckdown of Accra and Kumasi ends this week and till the president addresses the nation after that one cannot really tell if the lockdown would be enhanced or called off.
