After being selected as the flag bearer for the opposition national democratic congress in 2019, it looks like former president John Mahama is having great issues choosing a running mate to help him contest for the upcoming elections.
Information states that the former president has been assessing people he thinks would be able to help as a running mate but is having problems settling on one. Even though outcomes of several meeting are yet to be known the position of running mate for the NDC appears to be between Alex Mould and Ekow Spio-Garbrah.
Both individuals have helped greatly when it comes to issues concerning the party and it seems they are the two favorites in this contest. As to when an official statement would be made by the NDC to announce the person to assist former president Mahama is unknown but we believe that would happen very soon.
