Nigerian rapper, Lil Kesh real name Keshinro Ololade has advised people take their mental health very seriously.
Kesh opined that some rich people are actually poor on the inside and people shouldn’t be fooled because the rich also cry. He advised that people need to understand that they need to fight for their mental health everyday.
He further advised the people who are facing depression to medicate, eat healthy, mediate, sleep, pray and also ignore the negative voices in their head.
This advice is coming after the death of Ayodele Bandele, the young guy who allegedly committed suicide few hours after he spoke about his battle with depression and he was declared missing.
Kesh tweeted;
“Some of the richest people you know are poor on the inside, do not be fooled they also cry, mental health is real, be nice to people.
“Fight for your mental health everyday , you are strong, you are a warrior and you are loved.
“If you’re depressed talk to someone, meditate if you can, eat healthy , exercise often, get enough sleep, pray and ignore those negative voices in your head…..that was how I fought for my happiness. Fight!”
