Stolen Drugs Are Fake and Expired! Kaduna State Government Reacts To Invasion of NAFDAC Warehouse- See Photos.

The Kaduna State Government has disclosed that the drugs looted by residents of the state on Saturday, October 24 from the warehouse of the  National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) are fake and expired drugs and should not be consumed.

A press statement was released on Sunday, October 25 appealed to the residents that looted the warehouse not to consume the drugs for fear of their lives.

This information was also corroborated by Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai via the official Kaduna Governor’s Twitter account.

The tweet reads;

“Acting Governor @DrHadiza Balarabe is inspecting the places that were looted yesterday by criminal elements. First port of call is NAFDAC where expired and dangerous drugs, office equipment and doors were stolen”
