Candidate Nana Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) was declared the President elect of the 2020 Presidential race by the chairperson of the Electoral Commission on Wednesday 9th December 2020.
He won the election with 6,730,413 representing 51.59% as against his contender John Mahama who pulled 6,214889 representing 47.366%.
Reacting to the news on the President’s victory, dancehall artist Stonebwoy has taken to social media to congratulate Nana Akufo-Addo on winning the election.
He further urged all Ghanaians to live in peace and harmony despite one party being selected.
