The First Lady of Abia State, Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu has reportedly aided the rescue of young girl who was thrown out from the balcony of a two-storey building.
Recall that PinaxOnlinr.com earlier reported that a man named Emeka Igwe threw his yet-to-be identified house help from a two-storey building in Abia State.
Well veteran musician Ruggedman and renowned activist have on Wednesday, January 13 confirmed that the girl has being rescued, however the suspect is on the run.
“Few days ago, I was tagged on a post that this child (a maid) was thrown from a 2 storey building by her boss Mr Emeka Igwe in Abia state.
I reached out to @9ineteenchichi who is the SA to the Abia state governor on SA on Teenage Matters/Gender and she said the wife of the governor Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu was on the case.
UPDATE: She has been rescued and the man is on the run. Abia State is going to treat her before taking her back to her state Akwa ibom. Thank you Mrs Nkechi Ikpeazu for taking this up. God bless you.”
