The Former Chairman of the defunct Pension Reformed Taskforce Team, Abdulrasheed Mains slumped at the Federal High Court for the hearing of money laundering case against him.
Maina collapsed when the hearing for the N2bn naira fraud trial on Thursday, December 10 at the Federal High Court, Abuja. This is coming after the close of the prosecution’s case on Wednesday where nine witness were on attendance.
He suddenly slumped while his legal counsel, Anaya Adibe was briefing the sitting judge, Justice Okon Abang. He was immediately surrounded by prison officials who tried to resuscitate him.
Meanwhile, Nigerians on social media have laughed at the fact he collapsed because this isn’t the first time such a thing is happening. Some have even said that he was trying to play a fast one on Nigerians.
