Nigerian poet and playwright, Woke Soyinka has said that he’s no longer interested in talking about President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration because it’s best for his sanity.
Soyinka has always been outspoken about the present-day administration; however, it seems the Nobel laureate wants to take a back seat in criticism.
He disclosed this in a recent interview with Kaftan TV when he was asked to comment on the new train.
In his words;
“I don’t want to talk about Muhammadu Buhari’s administration. I think it is best for my sanity just to avoid that overall question. I can take bits and pieces of Nigeria’s present predicament but I think for one’s sense of balance, one must forget the existence of the Buhari administration.”
